Wesley re-opening - Trial service

Sunday 20th December 2020

If you feel safe, well and able to attend, please note the following.


  • Face coverings must be worn.
  • Keep Social Distancing on arrival, including in the car park and entrance.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available for use as you arrive and leave.
  • Your name will be recorded.
  • A steward will show you to a seat, which may not be where you usually sit
  • Please remain seated.
  • Congregational singing is not permitted but there will be music to listen to.
  • At the end of the service, please wait for a steward to invite you to leave.
  • Your offering will be accepted as you leave.
  • Please do not socialise outside the church or on the car park.
This is a new way to worship; please be understanding. These measures are a necessary part of our Risk Assessment to enable us to begin to worship together. The format of worship may have been changed but the one we worship is the same yesterday, today and for ever.

Our church is one of the churches in the Vale of Stour Circuit.
Wesley was formed in 2014 through the merger of Cradley Forge and Mount Pleasant,
in whose building the new society worships.
Several choirs and community groups also meet in the building.

The church is on Mount Pleasant, Quarry Bank, near the junction with Mill Street, Amblecote Road and Delph Road.
